The newest banner disher, launched this February 2017 are the Grilled Chorizo with spicy tomato, white bean, caper sauce with herbed baby potatoes (Php420). Also new to the menu is our Cured Meats Selection(Php495) which include Chorizo Pamplona, Salchicon, Vela de Lomo, Chorizo de Bilbao. Chef Benjo also gives a new dessert option with Lecheroon (Php200), a fushion of the well-loved leche flan and macaroon.
Rounding up the newest offerings in Sobremesa is our Unli-Steak promo (Php750) that started March 1, featuring tender and mouth-watering Australian Rib-Eye steak which patrons can have in 3 ways: coffee-crusted, herbed, or salt and pepper rub. One can also avail a la carte at Php600, served at apprximately 250 grams. Both with savory side dishes.
The restaurant also has its line of signature cocktail promos, as well as group bandles for 4pax (Php1600) and 8pax (Php2800) featuring Sobremesa's best selling dishes. The novel "No Phone Challenge" where visitors are asked to lock the phones in a cage until the end of the meal, in exchange for a free dessert, is also ongoing - giving foodies and patrons all the more reason to visit, and stay.

I love their Bulalo the most. Beef is so tender and the soup has a unique taste. Another one is the Quezo Fundido, I can't explain the taste of the chips, but it has a perfect combination with Quezo fundido.
Both desserts are yummy, I love leche plan and macaroon and they serve it as one so just wow. Mango cheesecake is recommendable too.
