People nowadays are very attached with social media. Every moves needs a documentation. Travel, groufies and even food have now been a perfect subject to upload. No matter how hungry you are, you still find time to take photos before eating. Funny but true, right? In instagram, a famous hashtag #FOODSTAGRAM is used when sharing a photo of food.

It has to be the skills to make food look even tastier at pictures, not just its presentation, but the creativity to capture a great shot. It's not required to have an expensive camera to do photography, everyone can do it using a smartphone.

Let me share some tips to take a great food shots using your phone:

Finding the perfect angle
Do not stay in the same position, move freely. It might be the distance or camera angle. Take a photo from the above or same level of the food.

Center the food in your frame
Make it simple when the food you want to capture has enough design. Otherwise, you can use props as a decoration to make the food delicious.

Do not include everything
Forcing to fit all the food in the frame will not make it better, at some view it will look messy. It's okay to have a cropped portion of food on the image.

Have a nice bite
It will look appetizing. A photo like this can make someone hungry.

It's important when taking photos, it has an effect with a high quality image. Make sure not to have an over/under exposure.

Add your mood
To have a great food shot, place an object beside the food. Use the background or the object you are using to define the ambiance and your mood.

Practice can make you a good photographer. Skills can learn though it's not your profession. Those tips may apply not just in food. I hope that somehow those tips may help you.

My friend told me once that it's up to us whether we capture a good photo or not. It is the creativity that findS a way to capture impressive photos.

Breaded Tofu

Hi guys, I've been craving for this breaded tofu. I didn't know what kind of dish was the breaded tofu I saw this week, but I told myself I'm going to cook a breaded tofu.

I made a sweet and sour tofu with squid ball. For breaded tofu, I've used Crispy Fry Seasoned Crumbs All-in-one coating mix.

Ingredients:

- Tofu (slice in half)
- Ajinomoto Crispy Fry Seasoned Crumbs
- Squidballs
- Sliced Carrot
- Sliced Red bell pepper
- Sliced onion
- Sliced garlic
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Ground black pepper

Procedure:

1. Fry the breaded tofu
2. Fry the squid balls
3. Heat a cooking pot and pour cooking oil
4. When the oil is hot enough, put-in the garlic then onion
5. Put in the sliced carrots and sliced red bell pepper, cook it until it's not crunchy anymore
5. Add Soy sauce and pour water
6. Pour vinegar and sugar then mix
7. Sprinkle the ground black pepper
8. When the sauce taste is already okay for your taste, it;s up to you if you want to mixed the breaded tofu and squid ball or make it a sauce on another plate
I like to mixed the breaded tofu and squid ball, so added them before turning off the stove.

Sweet and Sour

Cravings satisfied. I'm glad I got the right taste, love it! My mother said it's delicious. HAHA

Black Sandals

Hi guys! I bought a new sandals in primadonna, I'm just so happy that I got a different brand of sandals this time. Most of the time I buy shoes or sandals in Parisian, for comfort and simple design. It's really not a joke to buy a new one so I hate it when my shoes need to say goodbye. Looking for a new one takes time to find what I want. I'm looking for flat footwear, I am tall and that's the reason why my foot size is big. When I'm asking for available size I have to say the biggest size, but for american size smaller size is good for me but the design is too plain for me. When I'm tired looking for something with design I always end up buying the available design fit for my size.

I don't want to spend money for too much expensive shoes, I know that somehow it will not be strong enough for me in a long time. For my shoes lifespan (branded), I'm lucky if it's still okay after a year. I accepted the fact that I cannot buy some style I see online because of size availability.

Hi guys! Here's a simple dish with delicious blend of savory sweet and salty taste made from rich real oyster concentrate and right blend of seasonings and spices that makes my dish masarsarap.

I used available ingredients we have:

1. Sliced garlic
2. Slice onion
3. Bundle of Kangkong
4. Ground pork
5. Kikiam
6. Oyster Sauce
7. Ground black pepper

Procedure:

- Fried the kikiam and keep it aside
 - Heat a cooking pot and pour cooking oil
- When the oil is hot enough, put-in the garlic then onion
- Put in the ground pork and wait till it's look brownish
- Pour the Sarsaya Oyster Sauce and water in the cooking pot
- Sprinkle ground pepper and let boil
- Add the Kangkong and cook it for a few minutes.
- Mixed the fried kikiam before turning off the stove

Saucy Kangkong

It's very quick and easy to cook. If you want veggie and inexpensive dish, you can also try it. Make your own version of Kangkong dish.

Have a mesmerizing experience at Enchanted Kingdom, a theme park in the Philippines located in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

For kids, for your kids: for sure they will enjoy places like this, but rides for them is limited but they will have fun. There is variety of skilled games wherein kids can get staff toy or adults can do so for them.

For students, a group of friends: You might have different kind of trips.

• Some will be thrilled and excited to go with rides like extreme, space shuttle or roller coaster.
• Some will look for food trips.
• Some will enjoy the whole time just walking and enjoying the view and rides by watching.
